Technical Sales

In my current role at Freedom Solar Pros, I work in a customer-facing technical capacity, helping homeowners evaluate and install residential solar energy systems. My work combines consultative engagement with early-stage technical assessment, including preliminary system design, feasibility analysis, energy production estimates, and projected cost savings. 

This process requires evaluating real-world constraints such as roof geometry, shading conditions, structural considerations, and electrical limitations to ensure proposed systems are feasible and aligned with customer needs. I take ownership of these assessments and guide projects from initial inquiry through decision-making.

Beyond the technical scope, I focus on building trust and communicating complex concepts clearly so customers can make informed decisions. This role has strengthened my ability to translate technical detail into practical recommendations while managing projects across a full lifecycle.
